Those funds cover approximately half the cost to complete a major overhaul of Highway 311 west of the tracks and a resurfacing of the balance of Niverville’s Main Street east of the tracks. The town will bear the balance of the project’s cost. Local News Feb 02, 2017 Health Minister Visits NCI Manitoba’s Health Minister, the Honourable Kelvin Goertzen, made a visit to Niverville Collegiate on January 19 to meet with the school’s SWAT (Students Working Against Tobacco) team. The students had arranged booths in the gym for the annual health fair, each booth dedicated to exploring the dangers of smoking in creative ways.
