For immigrants landing in a new country, finding community is among the greatest imperatives. From there, all other steps can fall into place. That’s the premise underlying Eastman Immigrant Services, founded in 1999 as a program through the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce. This non-profit currently has two offices in Steinbach.
