Nighthawks Roll to 16th Straight Win

The Niverville Nighthawks kept their dominant season rolling Tuesday night, erupting for five unanswered goals en route to a commanding 6–1 victory over the Waywayseecappo Wolverines. The win extends Niverville’s remarkable winning streak to 16 games and lifts them to an astounding 22–1–0 record. The Nighthawks are also unbeaten on the road.

Ritchot Homeowners Eligible for Free Energy Efficiency Evaluations

For a limited time, Efficiency Manitoba will be accepting applications from 100 Ritchot homeowners for no-cost energy efficiency home evaluations. These free home inspections, generally valued at $550 for residents outside of Winnipeg, will be conducted by a registered energy advisor.

Pistons Halt Nighthawks Win Streak with OT Win

The top two teams in the MJHL went head-to-head Friday night at the Southeast Events Centre, and the matchup lived up to the hype.

The Niverville Nighthawks entered the contest riding a remarkable 16-game winning streak and boasting a 22–1–0 record, while the hometown Steinbach Pistons—winners of five of their previous six—were eager to put a stop to it in front of a their home crowd.

Nighthawks Score 11 in Rout of Oil Capitals

After spending three weeks away from the CRRC, the Niverville Nighthawks returned home Sunday evening and gave their fans plenty to cheer about. Just two nights after seeing their 16-game winning streak snapped in a 4–3 overtime loss to the Steinbach Pistons, the Nighthawks bounced back in a big way, routing the Virden Oil Capitals 11–2.
