Smitty’s is one of Canada’s largest all-day family restaurant chains, operating from coast to coast. Almost all our restaurants are fully licensed, and a majority have separate lounges to accommodate teams, sports fans, and the happy hour crowd.
Our locations are always looking for experienced Assistant General Managers and talented individuals.

Assistant General Manager - duties include:
Manage the daily operation of the restaurant
Creating and coordinating schedules with staff
training staff on each station and expectations of performance.
Handle administrative duties such as:
entering payroll information
budgeting
finance management.
Hiring new team members
Ensure Smitty’s policies and procedures are always followed
Maintain appropriate inventory level
Provide ongoing performance feedback to staff, and set employee and unit goals and objectives
Always maintain and demonstrate professional work ethics and a positive attitude.
