There is a new type of luxury rental housing coming to Île-des-Chênes later this year. Rendezvous Place will be a 16-unit complex intended exclusively for those ages 55 and over.

“We plan to create a welcoming atmosphere and a hassle-free 55+ community,” says Marty Ritchot, president and owner of MaxxPro Properties. “Residents will enjoy complementary lawn care and snow removal with our new and exciting Rendezvous Place development.”

Rendezvous Place will have single storey, 1,100-square-foot units with an attached garage and 14-by-10-foot rear deck. Each unit will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and will feature an open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchens will be equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and quartz countertops.

There will be six end units available for $1,700 per month and ten inside units available for $1,650 per month.

MaxxPro Properties is already taking deposits for Rendezvous Place. The first units will be ready in the fall of 2022.
