Niverville Collegiate’s Varsity Boys basketball team won the AA provincial championship in Gretna on Sunday, March 18. The team defeated the Carmen Collegiate Cougars in the final by a score of 76–40. Niverville player Keegan Beer was named MVP of the tournament. This is the first provincial win for Niverville’s varsity boys at the AA level in 40 years.
