Niverville’s council held a brief meeting on Tuesday, October 22 to cover a short list of agenda items. Mayor Myron Dyck was not in attendance.

On October 15, a new documentary film premiered at the Park Theatre in Winnipeg to a crowd of about two hundred—a film that stars Niverville farmer and entrepreneur Colleen Dyck, chronicling her recent journey to Kenya to work alongside a local farmer and live the African experience.

Ritchot’s council met on the evening of October 16 to address a variety of items on their agenda.

UPDATE: The boil water advisory was lifted at 2:49 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19. The municipality reports that their bacteriological test results meet regulatory standards and that there is no need for residents to flush their lines.
