About this Opportunity: 

This exciting role is a key management position for our branches in Ste. Agathe, Niverville & Winnipeg (St. Norbert). This position ensures that all aspects of leading a brokerage office are coordinated and performed effectively. The Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring that all identified growth; budget and sales plans are achieved. The Regional Manager also leads and supports branch employees in delivering superior customer service experience with technical capability and efficiency. An essential requirement of this position is to ensure that all insurance requirements, rules, regulations, risk management are understood and adhered to by all employees.
