Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

RECEPTION

-welcome visitors and clients, ensuring they are comfortable and directed to the appropriate person or department
-answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
-manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

-process and verify invoices for payment
-maintain accurate records of all AP transactions
-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

PAYROLL

-ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data
-maintain payroll records and handle payroll related inquiries

INVOICING

-maintain accurate records of all invoicing transactions

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

-assist with various admin tasks as needed
-support other departments with clerical tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

-proven experience as a receptionist/admin assistant
-ability to work independently and part of a team
-experience with AP, invoicing and payroll
-proficient in QBO and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-excellent verbal and written communication skills
-strong organizational and multitasking skills
-attention to detail and problem-solving skills
