Ken Krahn receives the first cup of coffee at Niverville's new Tim's Ken Krahn

In late December, Ken Krahn found himself in the Tim Hortons parking lot and thirsty for a good cup of joe. The lights were on and the lot full of cars, but the sign on the door still read “Opening Soon.”  

Nonetheless, Krahn had the good fortune to be in the right place at the right time—in front of the doors just as they were opened for the first time—and thus had the opportunity to play a small part in Niverville history. 

His order? A medium double-double, and two small blacks to take home.
